Anthony Ricciardi Jr., DPM
Dr. Anthony M. Ricciardi Jr. is an incomparable podiatric surgeon with extensive experience in foot and ankle reconstruction and specialized training in external fixation. He offers the most advanced and updated surgical procedures that help his patients heal quicker to get back to living a quality life.
Dr. Ricciardi is passionate in the care of his patients and has been referred to as friendly and a pleasure to work with. A native of New York, Dr. Ricciardi completed his undergraduate studies at Wagner College, Staten Island, New York receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. Ricciardi earned his podiatric medical degree from Temple College of Podiatric Medicine (formerly Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine) in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Ricciardi then completed his residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. His residency training was based at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken, New Jersey, an extensive and cutting-edge two-year surgical residency with a highly focused training in foot, ankle and lower leg reconstructive medicine and surgery.
Dr. Ricciardi’s practice encompasses all aspects of podiatric medicine including reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, trauma, fractures, bunion relief, diabetic foot care, limb salvage and primary podiatric medicine. Dr. Ricciardi is currently the President and Medical Director of the Foot & Ankle Specialists of Nevada.

Sean Reyes, DPM
Dr. Sean Reyes moved to Las Vegas from Ohio in 2015. He attended college at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Reyes then did his graduate work at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his podiatric medical school in Miami, Florida where he graduated top of his class. He then completed a 3-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Upon graduation, he moved to Vegas to enjoy the nice weather.
He continues to research and remain updated on the latest foot and ankle treatments and participates in a wide variety of seminars and training. Dr. Reyes enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, basketball, watching movies, and playing with his dog Butters.
Morgan Zellers, DPM
Dr. Morgan Zellers is originally from northwest Indiana but has moved to Nevada after spending nearly a decade in Chicago. She attended college at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana followed by podiatric medical school at Scholl College in Chicago, IL. After podiatry school she completed her reconstructive foot and ankle residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
She treats all foot and ankle conditions including diabetic wound care, surgical conditions, trauma, and sports medicine. In her free time, Dr. Zellers enjoys exercising at the gym, playing tennis, and reading.
Peyman Danesh, DPM
Dr. Peyman Danesh believes in personalized patient care to help get patients back on their feet. Dr. Danesh graduated cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Psychology. Dr. Danesh received his podiatric medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine in Pomona, CA. Dr. Danesh completed his comprehensive podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills in Queens, NY. His extensive training includes conservative and surgical management of all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, reconstructive surgery, trauma and wound care.
In his spare time, Dr. Danesh enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports and hiking. Dr. Danesh is fluent in Farsi and conversant in Hebrew.
Christopher Hinh, DPM
Dr. Christopher Hinh is extensively trained, having completed a comprehensive foot and ankle surgical residency totaling over 2000 procedures with over 5 times the required surgical numbers and over 12 times the required reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery cases in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including total ankle replacement (over 50 cases), deformity reconstruction, sports medicine, arthroscopy, trauma, and limb salvage from a level 1 adult and level 2 pediatric trauma center at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota where he served as the chief resident. He is a dedicated patient advocate who strives for superior patient outcomes by adapting treatment options that can complement one’s individual lifestyle and using minimally invasive techniques when appropriate. He is also well-versed in the latest generation of total ankle replacements that utilize computerized tomography (CT)-derived patient specific instrumentation to enhance implant accuracy unique to the patient’s anatomy.
Dr. Hinh is an Eagle Scout and a Minnesota native who is excited to call Las Vegas his new home. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa after completing his undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He promotes and values a strong sense of community and is eager to impact each patient’s quality of life.
Tammy Gephart, DPM
Dr. Gephart grew up in Michigan in the Ann Arbor area. She grew up as a competitive figure skater and ice dancer. She finished her skating at the famed Detroit Figure Skating Club and volunteered as a coach for the Special Olympics. She also worked with the junior Detroit Red Wings teaching skating skills to young players. She was able to balance competitive sports in college and received her B.A. in Health Policy Studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. This began a lifelong interest in helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Her doctorate was earned at the Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland. During her time in Cleveland, she became an avid distance runner and completed the Cleveland Marathon. Dr. Gephart completed a two-year residency at DVAMC-Northport in Northport, New York with an emphasis on reconstructive foot and diabetic limb salvage surgery. During her second year she was chief resident. Dr. Gephart is board certified and a Diplomate of The American Board of Multispecialties in Podiatry.
Dr. Gephart practiced in Michigan after completing her residency training for 7 years. During this time, she developed an interest in dermatological issues and the foot including the treatment of fungal toenails along with skin issues. She has a strong interest in sports medicine and the importance of orthotics for good biomechanical function of the foot and leg. During her time in Michigan Dr. Gephart was a Young Member’s Officer in the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association. Dr Gephart also received the award of excellence from St Mary’s Hospital System during her time there.
Dr. Gephart relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and ran her own practice in the suburbs of Atlanta for 12 years. During this time, she served as an officer with the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association and was a regular lecturer for the GPMA Wound Care Symposium Series. In 2018 she received the Trademark Women of Distinction Honor. During her time in Georgia, she was able to build a large diverse practice and worked with several long-term care facilities providing vital care. Dr. Gephart strives to provide the best care while involving her patients in their care through education providing comprehensive treatment and surgery for all ages. As a board-certified physician, her areas of surgical and nonsurgical interest are bunions and hammer toes, forefoot reconstructive surgery, especially rheumatoid and diabetic limb salvage patients. She also enjoys treatment of acute sports injuries, heel pain, pediatrics, and skin and nail conditions.
At the end of 2020 Dr. Gephart relocated to Las Vegas with her husband, 3 children and 2 horses. They spend their free time enjoying the outdoors with their dog and 2 horses.
